If every flow runs in isolation, ops slow down and teams get stuck answering the same questions again and again. A unified kyb layer starts to matter once you cross into multiple regions or payout types, because it lets you reuse the same verified data instead of restarting reviews every time volume, geography, or use cases change.

    When teams go remote and scale fast, the pain is usually compliance and payouts, not the rewards UI. Setups with a unified kyb layer scale cleaner across regions. https://keaworld.com/ explains that model well.
